925.08 CONFLICT CLAUSE.
   (a)   All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances of the City of Keyser in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
   (b)   The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence, or provision of this article shall not affect the validity of any part of this article, which can be given effect without such invalid
part or parts. (Ord. 252.  Passed 9-9-99.)
