745.09 USE OF FUNDS.

The funds, moneys and revenues received from the collection of the rates, fees and charge herein provided shall be used solely for the continuance, maintenance and improvement of the essential or special service of fire protection within the service area, and no part of said funds, moneys or charges shall be used for any other municipal purpose.
