The provisions of this article shall be applicable to all of the residential parking districts as designated under Section 365.03
on a weekly basis 24 hours per day from 6:00 a.m. Monday through Friday at 7:00 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays shall not be subject to the restrictions provided herein.
