The City Administrator shall be responsible for issuing residential parking permits to each resident of the respective designated parking districts as designated in Section 365.03
upon fulfillment of an application to be completed and filed with City Hall on a yearly basis. The yearly fee for each respective residential parking sticker shall be $10.00 for the first vehicle per year and $5.00 for each additional eligible vehicle. For residential parking permits purchased after August 1st of each fiscal year as set forth in Section 365.06
, costs for such permits shall be prorated on a quarterly basis. The City Administrator shall have the authority to require presentation of proof of residency from any individual who applies for a residential parking permit.
