The Board shall provide reports, at least semi-annual, or as otherwise required by law, to the City Administrator and Council, indicating the Boards’ financial condition and the respective condition of the waterworks system. The Board shall also provide the City with yearly audited financial statements; minutes of all meetings of the Board, an annual budget, and other such information as may reasonably be requested. Any director or designee employed pursuant to Section 145.09
shall make the reports to Council at Council meetings as required by this section or as otherwise requested by Council. The City Administrator shall be the custodian of all such audits, reports and records.
