§ 6-49 KEEPING WITHOUT COUNCIL APPROVAL PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No livestock shall be kept within the corporate limits without specific approval of the Council.
   (B)   No approval shall be granted or continued, if such keeping shall constitute a menace to the health or welfare of the public.
