(A) It shall be lawful to trap animals that have been declared a nuisance by the Town Council or the state’s Department of Natural Resources; provided that, the person is properly licensed by the Department of Natural Resources and the Town Council has given permission to trap the nuisance animals.
(B) Such nuisance animals may be destroyed in such manner and in such numbers as deemed advisable by said Department of Natural Resources.
(C) Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to fine or imprisonment, or both, at the discretion of the court.
