Any person owning, harboring or having the care of a dog or any other animal generally considered to be a wild or non-domesticated animal may not allow the animal to go unconfined on his or her premises within ten feet of his or her property line, when the property line is shared with any licensed child care facility, school, park or playground. The animal must be confined securely indoors, or in a securely enclosed cage, fence, pen or run area, or confined securely by a chain, so that the animal may not approach within ten feet of the property line which is shared with any licensed child care facility, school, park or playground.
