§ 2-423 FINAL BUDGET; PUBLIC RECORD; AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION.
   Upon final adoption, the budget shall be in effect for the budget year. The budget and all supporting schedules shall be a public record maintained in the Town Clerk’s office and open for public inspection during regular office hours.
