(A) Pursuant to state law, the Mayor and Council shall determine a place and time for a public hearing on the budget.
(B) Public notice shall be given by advertising the public hearing before the adoption of the budget in at least one newspaper of general circulation within the town.
(C) The notice shall be given not less than 15 days in advance of the public hearing and must be a minimum of two columns wide with a bold headline.
(D) The public notice shall contain all the information required by state law.
