§ 2-111 PROCEDURE FOR PLACEMENT OF CITIZEN APPEARANCE ON AGENDA.
   Any citizen of the town shall be entitled to be placed on the agenda of any regular meeting to discuss any town matter, with the exception of personnel matters. Persons desiring to be placed on the agenda shall notify the Clerk in writing, stating the item he wishes to discuss, by 12:00 noon the Wednesday prior to the meeting.
