§ 2-110 ORDER OF PROCEEDINGS.
   The order of proceedings of Council meetings may be substantially as follows:
   (A)   Calling roll;
   (B)   Prayer;
   (C)   Approval of the agenda;
   (D)   Public comment, petitions and communications;
   (E)   Approve minutes;
   (F)   Reports;
   (G)   Old business;
   (H)   New business; and
   (I)   Adjournment.
