§ 2-105 MAYOR TO PRESIDE; DESIGNATED MEMBER TO PRESIDE IN ABSENCE OF MAYOR AND MAYOR PRO TEMPORE.
   (A)   The Mayor shall preside at all Council meetings.
   (B)   The Mayor Pro Tempore shall preside at the absence of the Mayor.
   (C)   In the absence of both the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore, the duties of the Mayor shall be performed by such Council member as the Council may designate.
