§ 2-102 PROCEDURE FOR HOLDING SPECIAL MEETINGS.

   Special meetings may be held:

   (A)   Whenever called by the Mayor in cases of emergency;

   (B)   When, in the judgment of the Mayor, the good of the town requires it; or

   (C)   By a majority of the Council members.
