§ 2-101 REGULAR TIME AND PLACE; CHANGE DUE TO HOLIDAY.
   (A)   (1)   The regular meeting dates and times of the Council shall be decided for the coming calendar year at the last regular meeting of the current calendar year unless otherwise set by the Mayor or Council.
      (2)   If so, a reasonable notice shall be given to each available Council member and a notice posted at the Town Hall at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
   (B)   In the event an official town holiday falls on the scheduled Council meeting date, the regular meeting shall be held as determined by the Council.
