§ 36-1 ACTS PROHIBITED BY ARTICLE.

The enumerated acts in this article shall be unlawful and a violation by any persons who engage in such acts without appropriate permission or authority or without the appropriate supervision as specified in this chapter. The emunerated acts shall not be considered all-inclusive.
