§ 30-191 REQUIRED; APPLICATION; FEE; TO BE CARRIED ON PERSON.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to parade, picket or march unless a permit has been secured from the town.
   (B)   Those desiring same shall make an application, duly signed by the individual organizer or by an officer of the organization, and submit it unto the Town Clerk, for subsequent approval by the Town Administrator, not less than 48 hours prior to the time of such parade.
   (C)   A fee shall be remitted to the Town Clerk at the time of filing the application for a parade permit. The permit fee shall be in an amount as established from time to time by the Town Council and set forth in the schedule of fees and charges, available for public examination in the Town Clerk’s office.
   (D)   The parade organizer or other person of the organization who signed the application for the parade permit shall carry such permit upon his or her person during the conduct of the parade, picket, march or demonstration.
