§ 30-88 PERSON DOING WORK RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRS FOR ONE-YEAR PERIOD.
   In the event that said repair should sink or give away within one year, it promptly shall be repaired by the person making the original cut or excavation within 72 hours of being notified by the town or SCDOT.
