§ 30-55 SAME; ABATEMENT; LIEN.
   (A)   If any such property owner shall fail or refuse to remove any such obstruction, after written notice to do so, as provided in § 30-54 of this chapter, the costs of such removal shall be charged to the property owner.
   (B)   It shall be a lien on such property and shall be added to and payable with the taxes on such property.
