§ 30-50 FAILING TO MAINTAIN FENCES ADJACENT TO STREETS OR ALLEYS.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner of lands, or lots of lands, within the corporate limits, to fail to keep in good repair the fences on same, which are adjacent to any street or alley. All dilapidated fences adjacent to streets or alleys are hereby declared a nuisance and may be removed by the town.
