§ 30-37 THROWING GARBAGE, TRASH OR OTHER OFFENSIVE MATTER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or cause to be thrown any garbage, other solid waste, trash or other offensive matter onto any sidewalk, street, lot or public place.
