§ 30-7 GARAGE SALES BY NON-RESIDENTS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   All non-resident garage sales and yard sales in the town shall comply with the following regulations.
It shall be unlawful for any person, not a resident of the town, to have a yard sale within the town limits, unless a property owner gives his or her permission, but then only on that person’s property.
