§ 30-1 CONTROL OVER MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION OF STREETS.
   (A)   The Mayor and Council shall approve the construction and maintenance of streets, employing such number of persons to work on the streets as may be needed.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to streets under the supervision and control of the state’s Department of Transportation (SCDOT) or the county.
