§ 26-59 ADULT CLUBS.
   (A)   Defined. The term ADULT CLUBS means any businesses catering to adults for the purpose of exciting its customers in a salacious manner.
   (B)   Prohibited. Such clubs are hereby declared unlawful in the town.
