§ 24-118 SAME; INVENTORY AND TURN OVER MONEYS, ARMS AND THE LIKE OF PRISONER.
   It shall be the duty of each police officer, when necessary, to remove from such prisoner all monies, arms, medicines, papers and the like, which shall be inventoried and turned over to the Chief of Police or his or her designee.
