§ 24-117 DUTY OF OFFICERS; ARREST AND REPORT VIOLATIONS.
   It shall be the duty of each police officer to arrest and report any person for violating the laws or ordinances of the town. Failure or neglect to do so shall make him or her liable to disciplinary action.
