§ 24-53 RETURNING PROPERTY FOLLOWING TERMINATION.
   Upon the termination of services, for whatever reason, all members of the Department shall return any equipment and all official material or things belonging to the Department. Failure to do so shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable by the Municipal Court.
