§ 24-50 DUTY TO OBSERVE CONDITIONS, OBSTRUCTIONS, NUISANCES AND THE LIKE.
   All members of the Department shall observe the condition of the streets, sidewalks and alleys of the town, and of any obstruction, nuisance or impediments there and shall take the necessary measures to remove or abate them and to report such conditions to the appropriate town official.
