§ 23-3 RATES AND FEE STRUCTURE ESTABLISHED.
   The golf course membership rates and other fees structure will be recommended by the Golf Course Committee to the Town Council at the April Town Council meeting. Council will adjust the recommended rates and fees and approve the new structure on or before the June Town Council meeting.
