§ 22-216 PIT PRIVY.
   (A)   Defined. As used in the article, the term PIT PRIVY means a building which is not connected to a sewer and used for affording privacy while in the act of urination or defecation.
   (B)   Prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any property owner to construct, erect, install, maintain or permit to remain any pit privy on any property within the corporate limits.
