§ 22-113 BILLING; FAILURE OR REFUSAL TO PAY.

All refuse special user taxes shall be included on the water account bills and collected in the same manner as the water accounts. Any person who fails or refuses to pay the fee provided in this division shall have all services discontinued, and any business establishment which shall fail or refuse to pay the fee provided in this division shall be subject to the revocation of the license to conduct business in the town.
