§ 20-126 FINDINGS.
   The findings listed in § 20-125 of this chapter shall be submitted to the Appeal Board, in writing, and included in the application for a variance. Additionally, comments from the state’s Department of Natural Resources, Land Resources and Conservation Districts Division, State Coordinator’s Office for the National Flood Insurance Program, must be taken into account and included in the permit file.
