§ 14-3 APPOINTMENT; MUNICIPAL JUDGE.
   (A)   Term; compensation. The Court shall be presided over by a Municipal Judge, who shall be appointed by the Council for a term not to exceed four years and shall receive such compensation as determined by the Council.
   (B)   Oath. Before entering upon the discharge of the duties of his or her office, he or she shall take and subscribe the oath of office prescribed by state law.
   (C)   No residency requirement. The Judge shall not be required to be a resident of the town.
