There are several requirements which apply only to grading work, excavating, and landscaping permits for improving the roadway facility.
(A) One or more of the following items must result before a permit may be issued:
(1) Grading work will improve sight distance.
(2) Grading work will enlarge the clear zone.
(3) Grading work will provide a more pleasing view for other road users.
(4) Grading work will provide for easier mowing.
(5) Grading work will improve slope stability problems.
(6) Grading work will allow the elimination of guardrails and enlarge the clear zone.
(7) Grading work will improve stability problems.
(8) Grading work will provide for easier mowing.
(9) Grading work will provide for more pleasing view to road users.
(10) Landscaping will improve drainage conditions.
(11) Landscaping will provide a more pleasing view to the road users.
