§ 95.06 DENIAL OF PERMIT.
   Permits may not be issued if:
   (A)   The grading work or excavation will adversely affect natural drainage.
   (B)   The grading work or excavation will expose unsightly views.
   (C)   The grading work or excavation will create erosion or stability problems.
   (D)   The grading work or excavation will require greater county maintenance efforts.
   (E)   The landscaping will require greater county maintenance efforts.
   (F)   The grading work, excavating, or landscaping will interfere with or otherwise create problems for other permitted activities on the right-of-way such as utility installations.
