County provided forms will be used to process applications and approve permits for excavating, unless such work is incidental to an entrance permit in which case these items will be included in the entrance application. The Superintendent of Public Works shall decide whether the activity is incidental to an entrance. All applications for permits to excavate over 500 cubic yards on the right-of-way of a county road must be submitted to the Public Works Department for their concurrence and approval.
