(A) It shall be unlawful to bring or use glass beverage containers in any county park.
(B) It shall be unlawful to use golf clubs in any county park, unless specifically designated for golf club use by the Fiscal Court. This section shall not apply to county golf courses.
(C) It shall be unlawful to use any boat or anoe in any county park, except Doe Run Lake or the Licking River. No person shall operate a gasoline engine on Doe Run Lake.
(D) It shall be unlawful to start or light any fire other than cooking in grills, provided by the park, and only for the purpose of cooking food, except as a planned even with permission of the county.
(E) It shall be unlawful to camp overnight in any county park, except as a planned event with permission of the county. (Ord. 710.10, passed 11-22-00) Penalty, see § 10.99
