§ 94.23 USE OF ATHLETIC FIELDS; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   The county may assess user fees for shelter houses, athletic fields and courts. Fees will be proposed yearly by the Parks and Recreation Committee, and shall be approved by the Fiscal Court, a copy of which will be on file at the office of the County Judge/Executive and the Public Works Department. For clinics and tournaments run by outside organizations charging an entry fee, the county shall assess a charge to the organization. A permit is required for exclusive use of any shelter house, athletic field or court.
