§ 51.04 AUTHORITY OF JUDGE/EXECUTIVE TO ESTABLISH OR REMOVE ALERT OR EMERGENCY.

The County Judge/Executive shall have the authority to establish the alert or emergency by signing an order which establishes the alert or emergency. The alert or emergency shall continue in effect until an order is signed by the Judge/Executive removing the alert or emergency.
