§ 51.01 AUTHORITY OF JUDGE/EXECUTIVE TO IMPLEMENT WATER BAN.
   The County Fiscal Court hereby authorizes the Judge/Executive to implement a mandatory water ban - alert or a mandatory water ban - emergency when he determines the need for such action exist.
