(A) The advertisement and invitation for bid(s) will clearly state the date, time and place when bids are due. All bids are time stamped when received and bids being submitted after the advertised receipt time will be returned unopened.
(B) Faxed bids will not be accepted when a sealed bid is requested.
(C) It shall be the bidder’s responsibility to assure that the bid is received by the county before the advertised receipt time.
