§ 37.25 MATERIALS PREFERENCE.
   (A)   The Fiscal Court realizes the importance of having a waste management policy and supporting recycling industries to further that policy.
   (B)   Preference may be given to purchasing items containing recycled material, whenever practicable and feasible.
