§ 33.01 INDEPENDENT DISTRICT DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.

(A) The members of the Kenton County Fiscal Court agree to create, establish, maintain and operate an Independent District Department of Health as defined in KRS 212.780, along with the Counties of Grant, Boone, and Campbell.

(B) Each Fiscal Court will provide for its proportion of the costs for the creation, establishment, maintenance and operation of the Independent District Department of Health through the Local Board of Health by their annual appropriation to the Independent District Department of Health.
