§ 32.03 GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA FOR APPOINTED BOARD MEMBERSHIPS.
   The Kenton County Fiscal Court hereby adopts the following policy guidelines and criteria covering the appointments to various boards:
   (A)    County population will be divided into five geographic areas and efforts will be made to recruit board appointees from all areas.
   (B)    Encourage citizens with special board interests to make themselves known and to forward to the Fiscal Court their qualifications and interests.
   (C)    Appointees to boards with either one or two year terms will be informed that three terms will be the maximum which they can expect to be appointed; appointees to three and four year terms can expect a maximum of two terms.
   (D)    The Kenton County Fiscal Court shall endeavor to appoint a balanced board as to race and gender.
   (E)    All boards shall forward their attendance records to the Fiscal Court monthly. Failure of an appointee to maintain at least 75% attendance during a 12-month period shall be a consideration for removal.
   (F)    The appointee's qualifications will be the prime consideration for appointment.
