(A) No smoking of tobacco or tobacco products will be permitted in any public or common area of any enclosed county facility. Public or common areas for the purposes of this section shall be defined as hallways, corridors, foyers, stairwells, elevators, public restrooms, cubicled offices shared by multiple individuals or any other space that is not an enclosed private office. “No Smoking” areas will be appropriately marked.
(B) Individuals who violate division (A) of this section will be first warned to stop smoking, and if failing to do so will be cited to District Court.
