(A) The County Jailer is hereby authorized to prepare or accept bail bonds from incarcerated prisoners.
(B) For every bail bond processed by the County Jailer, a fee of $5 shall be collected from the defendant and a receipt for same issued herewith.
(C) The accounting and reporting of the funds shall be made by the County Jailer to the County Treasurer by the tenth day of each month by reporting the previous month's bonding fees and submitting the previous month's bonding fees for inclusion in the County Jail Fund.
