§ 34.17 TRANSIENT ROOM DEFINED.

The term TRANSIENT ROOM, as such term relates to the transient room tax, the special transient room tax, and the additional transient room tax, heretofore or hereafter imposed, levied and/or enacted, shall have the same meaning and effect as contained within KRS 91A.350 et seq.
