§ 33.41 LIENHOLDER NOTIFICATION SYSTEM.
   The Joint Code Enforcement Board shall establish and maintain a lienholder notification system on behalf of the county. The county shall obtain and maintain priority over previously filed liens, as provided in § 33.42, in accordance with the provisions of KRS 65.8836.
