§ 33.34 POWERS OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD.

The Joint Code Enforcement Board shall have the powers and duties as set forth by the interlocal agreement for the Joint Code Enforcement Board filed of record with the County Clerk in Book C5439, Page 321, and any amendments thereto, as incorporated by reference as set forth herein.
