§ 92.02 FIRE PREVENTION CODE (STANDARDS OF SAFETY) ADOPTED.
   (A)   The Kentucky Fire Prevention Code (Standards of Safety) as promulgated in 815 KAR 10:060, and any subsequent amendments, is hereby adopted in full as an Ordinance of Kenton County of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Copies of the Code book are available through the Department of Housing, Buildings, and Construction, 101 Sea Hero Road, Suite 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
   (B)   The following fire districts and/or fire departments shall be designated as the local enforcement agent/agencies for the Standards of Safety as appointed by the Fiscal Court when areas of service include parts of unincorporated Kenton County (where applicable):
      (1)   Bromley Fire Department (Bromley Fire Chief or his designee).
      (2)   Covington Fire Department (Covington Fire Chief or his designee).
      (3)   Crescent Springs-Villa Hills (Crescent Springs-Villa Hills Fire Chief or his designee).
      (4)   Edgewood Fire/EMS (Edgewood Fire Chief or his designee).
      (5)   Elsmere Fire Protection District (Elsmere Fire Chief or his designee).
      (6)   Erlanger Fire Department (Erlanger Fire Chief or his designee).
      (7)   Fort Mitchell Fire Department (Fort Mitchell Fire Chief or his designee).
      (8)   Fort Wright Fire Department (Fort Wright Fire Chief or his designee).
      (9)   Independence Fire District (Independence Fire Chief or his designee).
      (10)   Kenton Fire Protection District (Kenton Fire Chief or his designee).
      (11)   Ludlow Fire Department (Ludlow Fire Chief or his designee).
      (12)   Park Hills Fire Department (Park Hills Fire Chief or his designee).
      (13)   Piner-Fiskburg Fire Protection District (Piner-Fiskburg Fire Chief or his designee).
      (14)   Ryland Heights Fire Protection District (Ryland Heights Fire Chief or his designee).
      (15)   Taylor Mill Fire Department (Taylor Mill Fire Chief or his designee).
   (C)   Any requirements for permits and fees for those parts of unincorporated Kenton County shall be provided for by the applicable fire district and/or fire department, available at its place of business.
